Handling your print
I go to great efforts to package your print perfectly. The print is sealed in a cellobag and posted in a hard backed envelope.
When removing your print reach in with clean hands and gently twist the print to make it smaller, slowly pull the print out from the centre. DO NOT pull quickly at a corner as you will create creases!
Returns can be made within 30 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform me in writing by email within 30 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery, ensure the same tube is used to return the item.
You will be given the option of an exchange or I will refund your payment minus postage. I aim to reimburse you within 14 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable. Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen.
If any item arrives damaged please contact me immediately and keep the item and packaging used. Please photograph the damaged item and email me: email@example.com
I will offer a replacement or refund the cost of the item. In some cases the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case you will be refunded.
UK items will be sent via Royal Mail standard delivery.
I aim to have all orders delivered within 3 working days.
In some cases where items are made to order, delivery may take longer than usual.
Shipping to non UK countries will be sent via UK Mail overseas parcel services.
