Before monkey buy trousers, 'Im affi know weh fi put 'Im tail - Jamaican folklore print

Translation: The monkey must know where he is going to put his tail before he orders the trousers.
Meaning: Be clear of how you are going to carry a thing through before you initiate the process. AND One must know one's self before doing what others are doing.

Jamaican folklore has an abundance of old wives’ tales and many people still swear by these legendary sayings and warnings that have been passed down through several generations.

Show your love for your favorite island with this print.
